My wife and I were interested in purchasing a home in Denver and reached out to Gina Saab as we live in Illinois and were not entirely familiar with the area. We gave her a price range along with other wish list items. Within a few days, she located a wonderful townhouse which met our needs. It was in a great location as well. Since it was new and under construction, we had input as to what was selected or installed. Again, since we live in Illinois, it made it difficult to inspect the progress of the construction. Gina stayed in close contact with the builder and provided us videos and photos as the construction continued. She communicated our wishes to the builder and took care of all matters for us. Gina treated this sale as it was her own – like she was buying the townhouse for herself. She kept us abreast of everything that was going on and provided us with outstanding advice when needed. It was very obvious she was awesome at her job! We had the utmost confidence and trust in her knowledge and experience. When there were issues with the house, she quickly notified us and then addressed the problems with the builder. She was not afraid to confront the builder. She was direct and tactful as she clearly had our best interest in mind. Again, like it was her house! She was available 24/7 for us. Gina also served as a liaison with the bank in Denver we used for the mortgage. You could tell the bank had a great working relationship with Gina as well. We could not imagine having a better realtor than Gina!!!!!! Because of her, we were able to fulfill our dream in owning a house in the beautiful state of Colorado, which we LOVE! THANK YOU GINA!!!!
